Booking Terms & Conditions

-The rates are in Euros and include one night stay, breakfast, all service charges and taxes.

-Please note the check-in time is 16:00 and the check-out time is 12:00.

-The payment of your reservation should be received by the Meeting Secretariat a week after the booking date. The Meeting Secretariat has the right to cancel any unpaid bookings.

-For any changes or cancellation of your booking, please contact Ms. Pinar Eresici peresici@kenes.com

-Your hotel reservation confirmation letter will be sent after receiving the total amount by bank transfer or credit card

Cancellation Policy of Hotel Reservations

Until 04 August 2025: The total payment will be fully refundable.

Between 05 August – 04 September 2025: 1 night no-show fee will be applied.

On and after 05 September 2025: Full no-show will be applied; the total payment will be non-refundable.

Method of Reservation

You may reserve your room with exclusive meeting rates through Meeting Registration & Accommodation Form; or, if you have already registered, through the link on your confirmation letter.
