Booking Terms & Conditions

• The rates are in US Dollars; include one night stay, breakfast, all service charges, and taxes.
• Please note the check-in time is 15:00 and the check-out time is 12:00.
• The payment for your reservation should be received by the Meeting Secretariat within a week after the booking date. The Meeting Secretariat has the right to cancel any unpaid bookings.
• For any changes or cancellation of your booking, please contact Ms. Pinar Eresici at peresici@kenes.com
• Your hotel reservation confirmation letter will be sent after receiving the total amount by bank transfer or credit card.

Cancellation Policy of Hotel Reservations
Until 3 August 2026: The total payment will be fully refundable.

On and after 4 August 2026: The payment is non-refundable.

You may reserve your room at exclusive meeting rates through the Meeting Registration & Accommodation Form during your registration, or email the Meeting Secretariat at Ms. Pinar Eresici peresici@kenes.com).
